Andrew Hanscom started his athletic career playing sports in high school and college. In 2009, Andrew joined the Marine Corps where he served for nearly six years. It was during a deployment to Afghanistan that he was introduced to CrossFit and fell in love with the sport of fitness.

While in Utah, Andrew competed and coached CrossFit 30 hours a week. He completed the CrossFit Level 2 course shortly after relocating and also pursued a brief stint on the CrossFit Seminar staff.
Andrew accepted a defense aerospace position with Rolls-Royce and relocated to Yuma, Az toward the end of 2016. He has completed his CF-L1, CF-L2, USAW, NASM CPT. He also is the co-founder of Triple 50, a Non-Profit Organization committed to combating veteran suicide.
When he is not working or coaching CrossFit, Andrew is enrolled full time in a MBA program at Arizona State University and likes to stay active and outdoors. He also loves puppies.
