Kristali Teuscher

Commander in Training -
Nā Koa Boot Camp

Kristali Teuscher was born and raised in Northern Utah. She claims she was “kind of a nerd in high school – a cool nerd of course” and it wasn’t until she was in college at Utah State University that she was truly introduced to sports. She graduated from Utah State in 2007 with a degree in Elementary Education.

She was married in 2007 and they lived a short drive through the canyon to a ski resort so she learned to snowboard. Her husband, Justin, also played soccer so she found herself on many coed soccer teams with him and also began long distance running. She has completed about 15 half marathons and 1 full marathon with her favorite races being the Top of the Utah and the Yuma Territorial Half Marathons.

After giving birth to her second child, she was looking to try something new and joined WBBC Yuma and then moved on to CrossFit. She loved the variety of workouts and the challenge every day. After graduating WBBC, she just couldn’t give up the encouraging and inspiring environment so began volunteering and eventually joined the CTP. She loves seeing people change their lives for the better and helping them to love the way they feel and look.

Kristali loves binge watching shows on Netflix. Her favorites are Stranger Things, Hart of Dixie, Friends, Pretty Little Liars, Parks and Rec, Once Upon a Time, Gilmore Girls, and on and on…
