NĀ KOA BOOTCAMP
Start your fitness journey with our 6-week strength and conditioning program. Each week will challenge you to go farther, try harder, and tap into your inner warrior.
We cover the mechanics of movements to improve your form and posture, offer nutritional guidance for health and wellness, and discuss our "aha" moments that will build your mental fortitude.
You'll benefit by losing pounds and inches while gaining friends, and the benefits of leading a healthy and active lifestyle.
As a boot camp trooper, you'll receive a shirt
to wear to class.
NUTRITION & SUPPLEMENT ADVICE
We will provide you with health advice from a National Board Certified-Health and Wellness Coach.
MENTAL & PHYSICAL RESULTS
We will empower you mentally and physically to help you achieve visible, attainable, and sustainable results.
You'll form friendships with your fellow troopers, volunteers, and coaches.
WHAT TO EXPECT
On enlistment day, we will take your body measurements, and perform a baseline workout to track your overall progress.
Classes are 3 times a week for 6 weeks on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. For best results, we recommend attending 2-3 classes per week.
We will begin our workouts with an "aha" moment and a warmup. Each workout will be approximately a 1hr and 15mins.
We designed our workouts to be inclusive to all our member's skill levels.
