STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Our Strength and Conditioning program focuses on building your bodyweight strength and incorporating core lifts such as deadlifts, presses, and squats.
You will develop your duration, load, volume, and movement to create the proper intensity for each workout.
In addition, you will learn the proper form and technique to properly tackle the workout with efficiency.
You will build muscular ability to improve your response time in your movements.
You will focus on the proper posture to execute the movements and improve your form.
You will be able to sustain movement longer and improve cardiovascular health.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We offer Strength & Conditioning classes Monday through Thursday.
Classes are available in the morning and evening hours to fit your schedule.
Classes are limited to provide ample room for exercising and can be reserved through our schedule.
